Live Dealer Blackjack
Live dealer blackjack is an exciting variant of the classic blackjack game. It is played with a live dealer in real-time, streamed directly to your desktop or mobile device. This creates a more immersive and interactive experience, as players can see the dealer deal the cards and make decisions based on their body language and gestures.
How to Play
Live dealer blackjack is played similarly to traditional blackjack. The goal of the game is to get a hand with a point value closer to 21 than the dealer's hand. Aces can be counted as either 1 or 11 points, and face cards (Jacks, Queens, and Kings) are worth 10 points each. Number cards are worth their face value.
Players are dealt two cards initially. They can then choose to hit (request another card), stand (keep their hand total), double down (double their bet and receive one more card), or split (if they have two cards of the same value, they can split them into two separate hands).
The dealer must hit on hands with a total of 16 or less and stand on hands with a total of 17 or more. If the player's hand total exceeds 21, they bust and lose their bet.
Side Bets
In addition to the main game, many live dealer blackjack games offer side bets. These bets are optional and not related to the outcome of the player's hand. Some common side bets include:
- Perfect Pairs: Betting that the player's first two cards will be a pair.
- 21+3: Betting that the player's first two cards and the dealer's upcard will form a three-card straight, flush, or trips.
- Insurance: Betting that the dealer has a blackjack when the dealer's upcard is an ace.
Advantages of Live Dealer Blackjack

- Social interaction: Live dealer blackjack games often have a chat feature that allows players to interact with the dealer and other players.
- Improved game strategies: Observing the dealer's body language and gestures can help players make better decisions and improve their overall game strategy.
