iMentor Casino Tycoon Package Order/Sale and Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

This is an agreement between Global Online GamblingiGaming (Consultant), (we), ( of
 Lower Ground Floor, 145-157 St John Street, London, EC1V 4PW and the Client (you) placing an order for professional training, business development and coaching services as follows:

Summary: Introductions to partner Online GamblingMentor Casino Tycoon package. The Client agrees to make reasonable efforts to sign-up to the aforementioned introductions upon receiving instructions from the Consultant and Consultant's partners on a revenue sharing basis. Cost Per Action/Acquisition (CPA) mode sign-ups are prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Consultant. The Consultant shall offer advice in the English language and any translation costs where necessary in a specific case shall be borne by the Client.

Duration of Agreement: 
The agreement shall initially remain in place until such time as are able to acknowledge to the Client that the negotiations, sign ups and deployment of IT usernames and passwords for the branded system accounts are set-up and are in the possession of the Client. After this step is completed Global Online Gamblingother support deemed appropriate in a particular case (for example telephone support/meetings). The Consultant shall not be obliged to service any Client who fails to provide their details for the set up of accounts with partner casinos as requested from time to time. 

Cost and Further Express 
Terms: The Client agrees to pay the Consultant £3950 for the services described above.  The Consultant shall be entitled to any sub-affiliate revenue offer made by its partners as a result of partner introductions made on behalf of the Client. The Client agrees that the Consultant may insert their own back links into any of the Client's websites advertising


1b. Assignment

We may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent.

We do not permit you to transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions unless we give you express written consent.


The Client (“Receiving Party”) shall keep in strict confidence all technical or commercial know-how, specifications, inventions, processes or initiatives which are of a confidential nature and have been disclosed to the Receiving Party by the Consultant (“Disclosing Party”), its employees, agents or subcontractors, and any other confidential information concerning the Consultant's  business or its products or its services which the Client may obtain. The Client shall restrict disclosure of such confidential information to such of its employees, agents or subcontractors as need to know it for the purpose of discharging the Client's obligations under this contract, and shall ensure that such employees, agents or subcontractors are subject to obligations of confidentiality corresponding to those which bind the Client. This condition 1c. shall survive termination of the Contract.

2. Licence to use website

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. All these intellectual property rights are reserved, subject to the licence below.

9. Breaches of these terms and conditions

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem suitable to deal with the breach, including prohibiting you from accessing the website, suspending your access to the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
